Complaints and feedback
If something isn't right, we want to hear about it. You won't be treated any differently for telling us, and your support won't change because you complained.

You can tell us in whatever way is easiest. Anyone can make a complaint for you: a family member, a friend, an advocate or your support coordinator.
Compliments and ideas are welcome the same way.
You can also go straight to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, at any time. You don't have to complain to us first.
Need an interpreter? Ring TIS National on 131 450 and ask for the Commission.
Ring and a team leader answers, Monday to Friday. Or start with a short form, and we reply within 2 business days.
