Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name and contact details, your NDIS plan details once you decide to work with us, the supports you'd like, and information a support worker needs to support you safely. Some of that is health information, which the law treats as sensitive, and we handle it that way.

We ask you not to send health details through the forms on this website. We collect them later, in conversation and with your consent.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, plan and deliver your supports, claim payment from your plan, meet our obligations as a registered NDIS provider, and keep you and our support workers safe.

Who sees it

Only the people who need it: your team leader, the support workers who work with you, and our office team. We share it outside Glenrock only with your consent (for example with your support coordinator or plan manager), or where the law requires it, such as a report to the NDIS Commission.

How we keep it

In secure, access-controlled systems, for as long as the law requires us to keep records, and then we destroy it securely.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see what we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that's wrong, at any time. Ring (02) 5550 6138 or email hello@glenrock.example. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first, and you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

This website uses no tracking, no advertising cookies and no analytics. The forms on this demo send nothing anywhere: they show you the thank-you page and stop. If you choose to remember "In plain words" or "Quick facts", that choice is stored only in your own browser.
