About us
We are Glenrock Support.
We help people with disability.
We help adults. Adults are people who are 18 or older.
We work in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
What help we give
We can help you at home. For example, cooking or getting ready.
We can help with housework. For example, cleaning or washing.
We can help you go out. For example, to the shops or the beach.
We have small groups. You can meet people and learn new things.
How to start
Ring us on (02) 5550 6138. Or ask someone to ring for you.
We come to meet you. It is free.
You tell us what help you want.
You meet the support workers. You choose who helps you.
We write it all down. This is called a service agreement.
Your help can start in about 2 or 3 weeks.
Money
Your NDIS plan pays for the help.
We tell you the price before we start. It is written down.
If you are not happy
You can change your support worker. You do not need a reason.
You can stop using us. You can choose a different provider.
You can tell us if you are not happy. We will listen and try to fix it.
